Ancestral Healing
In this session, we focus on clearing out any ancestral trauma from your maternal and/or paternal line that you are carrying into your lifetime. Our DNA carries knowledge and information that is passed down to generations and can affect our energy, health and vitality. Ancestral trauma can show up as limiting beliefs, patterns and behaviors that have nothing to do with our current lifetime but can create profound blocks we may not even be aware of.
60 minute session: $90
Auric clearing
In this session, we focus on clearing your auric field also known as your energy field of any blocks, stagnant or dark energy, as well as any past life karma that could be effecting your current energetic system. Using my intuitive guidance, I sense into whatever needs to be removed, cleared and cut away to remove the energetic imprints that are creating a distortion in your field. Multiple sessions may be required to fully clear out blockages. Once cleared, you will feel lighter, you will have an elevated frequency and be able to manifest and create more easily and stay in flow.

spiritual life coaching
Once we have cleared any ancestral or energetic distortions, we begin working on your personal and spiritual development. This usually requires a longer commitment in order to stay on track and reach your desired life goals. We work on reprogramming your subconscious, creating new patterns and behaviors, and continue doing energy work as necessary to help remove emotional/energetic blocks along the way. We will work on strengthening your connection to your own Guidance and Intuition so that you can begin empowering yourself to your own spiritual gifts and abilities.
